David Reyes is an Altitude Edge co-founder who has worked in long-term care for over 30 years and is highly experienced in the development, implementation, supervision and evaluation of programs and services for the aging. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm, specifically working with PACE programs. Before founding Altitude Edge, Mr. Reyes was CEO and president of a leading PACE organization for 10 years. During that time, he served on the Board of Directors for the National PACE Association and was chair of the board for two years.

Ronda Hackbart

Ronda Hackbart is an Altitude Edge co-founder who brings more than 20 years of diverse health care experience, particularly in recreational therapy and management. Ms. Hackbart has consulted with more than 20 PACE organizations in 25 states. Prior to forming Altitude Edge, Ms. Hackbart was vice president of operations for a leading PACE organization, where she oversaw six adult day centers, in-home services, transportation, caregiver education and volunteer programs. Ms. Hackbart has been an active member of the National PACE Association as well as other national and local senior service organizations.
