Business Planning

We map out an optimal organizational structure, including an analysis of alternative models of ownership and operating structure for the PACE organization. We prepare a five-year (plus 18-month start-up phase) financial projection and predict the capital requirements for PACE development. This study includes a sensitivity analysis of factors mutually agreed upon to demonstrate best/worst case scenarios. We can develop a roadmap for efficient implementation and cost effective operations.
