DENVER, Colo. – Nov. 10, 2009 – Altitude Edge Consultants has named Susan Kaul chief administrative officer. She will be responsible for overseeing Altitude Edge’s business strategy and human resources. She will also assist directly with client services, especially in the areas of organizational development, leadership development and identifying and utilizing employee talents in the implementation of Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly.

Kaul has been a consultant and coach to executives for more than 15 years, working with clients from start-up companies to Fortune 1000 businesses. She helps businesses take stock of their human capital and improve efficiency and effectiveness while staying true to the organization’s overall mission and strategy. Kaul received her Bachelor of Science in business management from Alverno College in Milwaukee, and her Master of Science in organizational development from Loyola University in Chicago.
